- עִישּׂוּרָאch. sam(עישור, עשור dedication, sanctification). Keth.50a והא לא דמי ע׳ בתרא על׳ קמא but the second tithe (one-tenth of nine-tenths left) is not equal to the first tithe (both together do not amount to one fifth)!
